As a senior designer on a 14-person team, I work on many impactful projects.

As design leader, I brought human-centric, empathetic, and accessible design thinking to the org while curating cross-team collaboration and streamlining processes for product and engineering, as well as influenced key roadmap decisions.

As a lead on a 12-person design team I was responsible for coordinating design projects across multiple product roadmaps, driving cross-departmental operational strategy, organizing research studies, improving design processes, and scaling the global design team.

Before deciding to work full-time in enterprise software, I focused on contract consultant work with Austin tech startups. I was hired to provide design solutions for user needs while exceeding business goals and cultivating a successful brand. The following are a few of my favorite projects I chose to highlight.
Peter Lange Brands
Designed the logo and business cards, cultivated brand identity, and created target personas for this business consultation and high-performance professional coaching firm. On retainer for website design consultation, information architecture, and promotional content.
Ninbitsu
Created the workflows, visual, and interaction design of a new iOS/Android mobile app networking platform for youth sports. Conducted user research and testing, persona development, production of prototypes.
Wanuh, Inc.
Designed the logo and cultivated brand identity for this incubator startup that strives to connect people at networking events based on their actual wants and needs to make meaningful connections happen faster. Built teaser website and consulted on market strategy.
Sooth
I contributed to a design team where we designed the native iOS mobile app for this platform for sharing stories, connecting with others, and seeking and giving life advice. We performed user research and testing, persona development, and designed the holistic user experience.

Generated written and visual content for the SCSBCC website, blog, and social media platforms. Re-structured the organization’s main database to more easily manage all member advocacy messaging. Assisted in writing and producing the weekly radio program.
